For our long-awaited visit to London we had quarters with Pedro, and this proved to be a stroke of luck:
Pedro is on his way seems to be a typical London: friendly, helpful, and there just being himself!
exactly the right location to sense with its great tolerance London People all over!
    Clear recommendation!

We came back from London yesterday. It all worked out fine and we had a very good time. Staying with Sousa was good. He has every morning made us an unusually generous breakfast. He is responsive to our needs and has a good time with us and other guests

We were at P Sousa and shared although the bathroom with roommates, but it was clean and tidy, the breakfast at Pedro was very extensively and very, very quiet for sleeping; zone 2 for public transport, which saves costs!

After the 2 days that we spent at P Sousa, I can just be completely satisfied. Mr. Sousa is a much more friendly and funny person, the rooms were all beautifully clean and cozy furnishings, and I've never experienced that the host of a board are so lot of effort with the continental breakfast for its guests, as he had done has.
He has just made our weekend in London only to a very pleasant and beautiful experience :)
    * Many thanks also to the dear members of the Bed & Breakfast that took care of our request on such short notice and yet incredibly helpful!

I stayed at this guesthouse for one night for an early morning appoinment. The room I stayed in was well furnished, very clean and had a large tv. I got a good night's sleep. Mr Pedro Sousa was very friendly and knowledgable about the local area. Breakfast was brilliant with big portions and alot of choice. I would definitely come back and stay here in the future and recommend it highly.

I stayed at Pedros for three nights in October. It was a very pleasant stay and I can highly recommend Pedros BnB. Pedro is a very friendly host and his hospitality is one of a kind. It was always very nice to chat with him while smoking in his garden. My room was very nice and even though I usually dont sleep well in other places I slept like a baby. The breakfast in the morning was a very delightful way to start the day. Everything from toast, cake, fruitsalad (FRESH), waffles, ham and cheese, cornflakes, just to name a few. I was surprised the table was able to hold the weight of all the food. Along with coffee and juice it was just perfect.
Getting around was also very convenient. All important bus lines stp just around the corner and there you will also find a large variety of stores and restaurants. Once again a big thank you to Pedro. You will always be my first choice for London!!!!

I and my daugher Solène stayed at Pedro's place and were both delighted by our stay. Pedro Sousa is very welcoming and makes you feel at home. The twin room we had and the bathroom were of good quality and very clean. Not to talk about breakfast, which was lavish and actually far too much for us! This address is defenitely very conveniently situated, close to bus stations, and it is easy to get into the centre of London by taking the bus to Elephant and Castle and then the Jubille Line to central London. This is much better than staying in noisy central London, and also less expensive. Thanks a lot to Pedro and his warm and sympathetic welcome! We'll surely come again!

We have stayed at Pedro`s home for five days with three persons (father-son-grandson) and it was a beautiful experience.
The house is very clean and at night it is quiet.
Pedro prepared a very delicious and fresh breakfast every morning, it was much more then we could eat. He is very friendly and it is pleasant, speaking with him. Pedro offers his help, whenever questions come up.
Highly recommended, we would come back anytime.

Last week I stayed at Pedro's house for three days. Since I travel alone, the place I stay in is an important part of my journeys! But Pedro didn't fail my expectations. While located centrally in London Pedro's house is located in a nice and quiet neighbourhood! About 3 minutes walking distance buses leave every few minutes (even throughout the night!!). My room was spotless, as was the shared bathroom. The breakfast however was the highlight at Pedro's guest house!! With many pastries, kind of breads, cereals/muesli, fruit, yoghurt, cold cuts, variety of cold and warm drinks....the list would get too long for this entry ;-) .... to choose from, there is something there for everyone! It makes you start your day with a smile on your face!! For other guests who stayed there at the same time he even got lactose free milk for one of the girls, after they asked if it would be possible to get it.

I hope I will be able to visit London next year and I when I do so, I will definitely stay at Pedro's guest house again!! Thank you Pedro!

    Dear Pedro
Even though it has been quite some time since I and my daughter were in London, I would like to take a moment and let you know how we enjoyed staying at your Bed & Breakfast. As you may well remember, I myself own Bed & Breakfast Wildrose in Bern Switzerland and may I add that cleanliness, location and a good hearty breakfast is important to me. Well you sure did a wonderful job. You met my expectations 100%. It was a pleasure meeting and chatting with you.
Thank you and continue the good work, Greetings from rainy Bern. Sonya and Selin (Canadian gals).
P.S. Would you please send me the link of that website you told me about and advertise on.
P.S.S I still dream about your homemade roulade and wish we had of had time to make one together.
